At Maid Services of Florida, we believe a clean home is the foundation of a happy life. My grandparents, David and Sandra Mann, proved this back in 1975 when they built a thriving cleaning business based on trust and quality.
​I grew up learning the "tricks of the trade" directly from them. After they passed, I felt a calling to honor their legacy. In 2022, I officially reopened Maid Services of Florida to bring their high standards back to our community.
​While the faces have changed over the years, the heart of the business remains the same. I am dedicated to providing quality home cleaning with a personal touch. We scrubbed this shower with our eco-friendly, homemade bathroom solution to deep clean the grout lines and return the sparkle.

 Let me say People of Lake Wales and surrounding areas. These girls are great at what they say and do. Very Punctual, and their customer service attitude is above reproach. This is a question we actually get asked a lot. Honestly we are here to help. We will never judge you based on the condition of the home. However, the package you choose will determine the amount of time we will be scheduled to be at the appointment, if cleaning will take more than the allotted time, we can add additional hours at $30 each additional hour that it takes. Some clients would prefer to take care of some things on their own to make sure that we have enough time to do what they would prefer us doing for them. We absolutely like to make sure each and every client is happy and customize each package based on their needs. We do not ask that you clean, nor do we expect it, we leave that to your digression.    
We will never ask nor expect a tip. We do accept and thoroughly appreciate any and all tips.  
Only if there is an allergy or any preference. We try to use more natural, light scented products. We do have our own supplies and make most of our cleaning products ourselves. We do go over this in our free consultations asking each and every client about allergies and/or preference to products. We are very open to discussing what we use.
We accept Cash, All major credit cards, Cash App, Zelle, Checks (after your first appointment) or you can even pay right through your invoice! You can pay either before or after, it doesn't matter to us, we are pretty flexible as far as the form of payment.
We are usually great with animals, however some animals are territorial. If this is the case, we do ask that they either are separated from the areas we will be cleaning or arrangements made so we can properly clean for you.  Most cats don't bother us, in fact they tend to hide from the vacuums. If you feel like it may be a problem either for your animal, or you feel they may be underfoot, please feel free to make arrangements or separate them from the areas needing cleaned.
We usually go over this during a free consultation and at the first appointment, but we absolutely do not touch anything that a client has knowingly told us not to touch. Our goal is to make you happy and if you happen to have something or an area that you don't want us to clean, we will leave it alone. If we have any questions, we will definitely ask you. 
We honestly do not have a preference. Whatever you are comfortable doing. It is your home, we are there to help you and make your life easier. If you don't feel comfortable leaving, you can absolutely stay. If you would rather go run errands and come home to a fresh, clean home we are more than happy to clean while you are out.
