Welcome to Maid Services of Florida! We offer residential cleaning services for homes and apartments of all sizes.
In 1975, David Mann opened his first business, Maid Services of Florida, installing central vacuum systems in residential homes. Many people often called to schedule an appointment for residential cleaning services instead. He eventually expanded that business and partnered with his wife, Sandra Mann, to include a residential cleaning service. David, and his wife, Sandra were very successful for many years in the residential cleaning service industry. They even expanded to include commercial cleaning services as well. They eventually closed business in 1987, when David had his first heart attack. They wanted to fully enjoy their grandchildren.
We are thankfully their grandchildren, and they taught us many things to help us succeed in our lives. In April of 2022, we decided to open our own residential cleaning service in their memory, as they are both no longer with us. We have redesigned their original artwork for our logo, use their business name and we offer a residential cleaning service using the knowledge that they instilled in us growing up. Our experienced and friendly staff use Eco-friendly products to ensure your home is clean and safe. We strive to provide a personal touch, proving to be reliable and efficient.
